The burgers taste like cardboard, only edible if you order one with bacon. Chicken sandwiches are ok. Chicken nuggets are gross. Fries were old. Frosties and chili is good.
They almost always get your drive through order wrong. Tonight I ask for catsup, got hot sauce, paid for a salad, got home and it wasn't in the bag. When they get your order wrong 75% of the time, there's a problem. You guys need some management!
Its a fast food joint. Utility food when you're on the run. Pretty much what you'd expect.
Went through the drive through on a Tuesday Evening. Purchased a Large Chili, a Medium Fry, and a Medium Strawberry Lemonade. Took over 10 minutes. The person who took the order told me price was $9 and change. Pulled ahead to payment window and handed them my debit card. After pulling forward, I realized she told me price was $11.70. At the food window, I asked for a copy of my receipt and they had to dig through about a dozen to find mine. After receiving it, It showed the $9.00 price. I don't mind donating to a worthy cause and often do random acts of kindness by paying for the next person in line. But, this should be my choice and not that of an inexperienced cashier. Then I told the person at the food window that I would take it up with the manager the next day. After pulling away, I find the fries I received appeared to be the bottom of the basket and we all less than 1.5"" long. If it were not for the convenience of the location and my travel route, I would never go to this location again!
The service here is always aweful. Never once seen a smile or heard have a nice day or anything of the sort. The food is usually good, just a nasty personality from everyone that works there (atleast on drive thru). Not to mention one day I was inside getting ice cream and the guy taking our money proceeded to put food in the frier and make shakes without washing his hands or putting on gloves. I asked for my money back and left
