Not customer friendly (unless they know you personally). They treat me like a criminal - constantly question my use of Media Mail for my Amazon Book Seller account. I don't go there anymore
4 times in the past 3 months mail was not delivered in the Wildwood subdivision and who know where else, I had very important time sensitive packages that had to be here on those days as well as some of my other neighbors, USPS website stated "Out For Delivery" and letter carrier was a no show, this is unacceptable!! 11/24/17
Awesome customer service!! Nancy went out of her way to help me. The post office has a lot of great, hard working people there. Not an easy job!
I wouldn't even give you guys one star but I had to. Your service is horrible I spoke to some woman named June and she told me they would hold my package and she said she left a note and she would call me back and she never did. And I call her back now and it's been a couple of days and that lady June proceeds to tell me "oh we delivered it to that address" what point of I don't live there anymore do you not understand?!?!?!? Those were $300 concert tickets. Your post office sucks
I was “helped” to ship an international package (cell phone to mexico) not only was the woman very unprofessional, she acted like the extra work in the process was a nuisance and even stated “all of this work for a little phone that they probably don’t even have in Mexico.” I was unaware Mexico is a third world country... On top of that, there is NEVER anyone available to answer the phone, leave a message and you will never be called back. Horrible establishment unless you’re just picking up daily mail or the employees know you personally.
