My experience with Crystal lake clinic was amazing Dr Flinn is one of the most helpful doctor I have ever went to he spends time with you in the office and always give great advice also I take my two month old daughter to the pediatrion there which is doctor o Mara and he was wonderful with my daughter the ladies at the front desk are always wonderful and very helpful and the nurses are wonderful and super nice there also. I was totally recommend this one.
Crystal Lake Clinic is by far the WORST doctors office I have ever been to! My personal experience is with the one in Interlochen, Michigan because it's the only one that offered a pediatrician, who was still only there part-time. The receptionist was cold, heartless, and flat out rude. They refuse to work with you as far as scheduling. The last time I took in my infant the doctor refused to see him because we were 10 minutes late due to a snow storm!! He was 8 weeks old and just recovering from RSV in which he was hospitalized for. On previous occasions the doctor spent no more than 5 minutes in the room for a quick examination in which he lacked sympathy and concern. The only reason I give this place one star is because the nursing staff was polite and friendly. Needless to say i will not return there and have transferred all records to other places. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone and it should either close or replace it's entire staff.

I have been going to Crystal Lake Clinic for over 15 years. I have recommended them to all of my family and many friends. I was sad to see Dr. Barber leave, but Dr. Flynn is amazing. The staff are all kind and helpful. The Drs listen and genuinely care about their patients. Very professional and inviting atmosphere. I'll never go to another Dr office.
